Inbound Receiving
We receive containers and pallets, unload, count, and register stock per batch or lot number. Every arrival is visually inspected and documented.
Warehouse Storage
Safe indoor storage in a dry, controlled environment. FIFO/FEFO rotation supported, with batch traceability maintained throughout storage.
Handling & Value-Added
Repacking into customer-specific cartons, labelling (customer labels, barcodes, batch info), and kitting/set building on request.
Outbound Fulfilment
Pick, pack, and ship across Europe with track & trace per order and delivery confirmation.
Batch-Level Traceability
Every inbound batch is registered upon arrival. Batch and lot numbers remain linked to inventory and outbound orders, enabling full traceability from production to customer delivery. This supports consistent supply and fast recall handling if ever required.
Clear Responsibilities & Compliance
Products remain the property of our client until shipped to the end customer. Import into the EU is handled by the importer of record. EUlink B.V. provides logistics services only — product compliance and certification responsibilities remain with the manufacturer/owner.
